- To determine the subcellular localizations, OsVOZ2 was tagged with GFP at their C-termini in p2GWF7-OsVOZ2.
- GFP signals from OsVOZ2-GFP was detected in both the cytoplasm and the nucleus, indicating that OsVOZ2 is localized in a nuclear and cytoplasm.
