Annotated Information

OsClpP5 encodes a protein which share 92 % identity to the P5 subunit (AtClpP5) of the ATP-dependent caseinolytic protease from Arabidopsis[1]. Containing nine exons, OsClpP5 locates in pale-yellow-leaf–variegated (pyl-v) allele in chromosome 3(Figure 1)

. A is commonly the transcription start site that upstream of 94-bp of the start codon in OsClpP5 in T-65. Pyl gene is indispensable for the growth of the plant. The phenotypes are shown as Figure 2
