Subcellular localization

  • The subcellular localization of OsIRX10 with C-terminally fused yellow fluorescent protein (YFP) and found that the OsIRX10–YFP signal coincided with the GmMan1–CFP signal, the α-mannosidase I cis-Golgi marker from soybean (Glycine max) (Figure 1F). * This result demonstrates that OsIRX10–YFP is Golgi-localized.
